No better enemy, no worse friend, Krangus Gillespie's juxtaposition of high and low energy sets the pace for any bar, club, or Waffle House. Combining dark stories about his life in the Marine Corps with observational and clever takes on life outside of war, Krangus has captivated audiences in over 32 states.
He began his career in 2013 in Phoenix Arizona, where he worked night clubs and bar shows. He was featured at the Big Pine Comedy festival in 2017 and 2018, and was a regular at both Standup Scottsdale and House of Comedy AZ. In 2018 he began working as a feature for the Brewery Comedy Tour opening for Thai Rivera. In 2019 he moved back to his hometown of Ocean Springs Ms and began building Landmass Entertainment, the only comedy production company on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. As a producer, Krangus hosted up to five shows a week.
In 2021 Krangus played the role of Bik Mcfarlane in History Channel's Great Escapes with Morgan Freeman.
