I've been performing stand-up since January 2015, after working for many years in the screenwriting field. My comedy is observational and a bit eclectic, mixing both high and low comedy styles. Basically, I just like making people laugh!
Joel Haber was born in New Jersey, spent many amazing years in New York City and Los Angeles, and moved to Jerusalem, Israel in March 2009. He has been doing stand-up since January 2015, and has performed in many venues across Israel. Before immigrating, he worked in the film industry, focused on the screenwriting side of the business, with a special focus on comedic writing. When not on stage, he works as a professional, licensed tour guide in Israel, and loves to cook because he loves to eat.
