Ashley Kennett tried her hand at stand up in 2009 when she took a class at the Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase ran by the late Chili Challis, who worked with Jay Leno. Her sister told her to go back to school so she begrudgingly got a journalism degree. Ashley has been writing jokes all her life , normally in the form of Facebook posts. Her cat went viral on Tik Tok. After a nearly 17 year break from stand up, she is once again ready to see where her skills can take her.
